When you contact us

The appointment form sends your name, email address, optional company, topic, preferred time, and message to Astratensor. We use those details to review your request, contact you, and arrange a conversation. Your request is stored in our website’s database and is only available through the private administration area.

What the website stores

The public website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The administration area uses an essential session cookie for signing in, which expires after eight hours. We temporarily keep a hashed form of an email address to limit repeated form submissions; that limit expires after an hour.

Questions and deletion requests

You can ask us about your request or ask us to remove it. You can reply to our correspondence, or use the appointment form with the subject of your request in the message.
